The short version
This website does not set any cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.
That is why there is no cookie banner and nothing here to switch on or off. A consent choice would be a choice about nothing.
You can read every page of this site without providing any personal information and without being tracked.
What a cookie is, briefly
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, so it can recognise your browser later. Cookies are how most sites keep you logged in, remember a shopping basket, or — most commonly — count and follow visitors for analytics and advertising.
This site does none of those things. It has no login, no basket, and no analytics. It also stores nothing in the related browser features that work like cookies, such as local storage and session storage.
What the site does connect to
Loading a page does contact a small number of other services. None of them sets a cookie in your browser from this site, but they do see your IP address, as any server you connect to does.
| What | Who | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Web hosting | Vercel | Serves the site, and keeps standard server logs |
| Icon fonts | Cloudflare (cdnjs) | The small icons used across the site |
| Web fonts | Google Fonts | A fallback for the site’s typeface, which is otherwise served from here |
What changes when you interact
Some things on this site are other companies’ content, and using them takes you into their world rather than mine:
- Playing a video. Videos open in an embedded YouTube player. YouTube sets its own cookies once a video loads, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
- Booking a call. The booking buttons take you to my scheduling provider’s own booking page, which is a separate site with its own cookies.
- The form on the Meditation MP3s page. That form is embedded from my email provider and loads their script, which may set their own cookies.
If you would rather not have any of that, you can simply not play the video or open the booking page — the rest of the site works normally without them.
Controlling cookies yourself
There is nothing to change here, but your browser is always the final say. Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies, and offers a private or incognito window that discards them when you close it. Look under Settings → Privacy in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
Blocking cookies will not affect how this site works, because it does not use any.
If this changes
If analytics or any other tracking is ever added to this site, this page will say so before it is switched on, and consent will be sought where it is required.
