What makes my workshops different
Built around your context, not a generic curriculum. Most workshops are pre-packaged content delivered in standardised formats. Mine are designed around your specific situation: your leaders, your industry, your culture, the outcomes you're trying to drive. Whether it's an executive team off-site, a leadership cohort working through a shared challenge, or a specific group navigating a transition, the workshop is built for what you actually need.
Practical, applied, and immediately useful. Frameworks your leaders can apply to actual situations, not abstract case studies. Each session is designed so leaders walk out with capability they can use in their work that week. Nothing is left as theory. Everything is anchored in real conversations, decisions, and challenges.
Built on clinical psychology and evidence-based research. Drawing on two decades as a clinical psychologist and leadership researcher, the workshops integrate practical leadership tools with the deeper psychological insights that make them stick. This isn't generic content delivery. It's psychologically rigorous work that produces measurable change.
Often the starting point for deeper work. Many organisations begin with a workshop and find it surfaces issues, opens conversations, and builds momentum that warrants a longer program. Workshops can stand alone as a complete intervention or function as the entry point to ongoing leadership development.

Workshops I offer
Four signature workshops, plus bespoke design for specific challenges.
Mindful Peak Performance
Maintain peak productivity without stress by staying focused on high-value work.
In an environment of constant interruption and competing priorities, sustained focus is the differentiator. This workshop arms your leaders with science-backed strategies to protect their attention, get into flow, and consistently work on what matters most.
What we cover:
- The neuroscience of focus and how attention actually works
- Identifying your highest-value work (your 80/20)
- Practical tools to protect deep work in a distraction-heavy environment
- Building a deep work culture across your team
- Sustainable productivity practices
Leaders will move from:
- Distraction and overwhelm to staying focused even under pressure
- Cycles of inefficiency and busywork to consistent flow states
- Unconsciously creating shallow-work cultures to consciously building deep-work environments
Format:
Half-day, full-day, or multi-session. In-person, virtual, or hybrid.
Burnout Proof
The neuroscience and psychology of sustainable high performance.
Burnout is increasingly common among senior leaders, and most interventions only address the surface. This workshop combines the practical neuroscience of nervous system regulation with the deeper psychological work that addresses why leaders keep overriding their own limits.
What we cover:
- The physiology of sustainable performance (sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system balance)
- The science of sleep, recovery, and energy management
- Daily regulation practices that reset the nervous system
- The unconscious patterns (Achiever, Perfectionist, Rescuer) that keep the accelerator stuck down
- How to lead from your Inner CEO rather than reactive parts
- Systemic factors that drive team burnout and how to address them
Leaders will move from:
- Operating in chronic overdrive to genuinely sustainable performance
- Pushing through exhaustion to recognising and respecting nervous system signals
- Unintentionally modelling burnout to actively building sustainable team cultures
Format:
Full-day or multi-session for full depth. Half-day available as an introduction.
Genius Leadership
Doing the work only you can do. Aligning your team to do the same.
High performers spend most of their time in their Zone of Excellence: work they're great at, rewarded for, and known for. But Excellence is rarely where they create the most value. This workshop helps leaders identify their Genius Zone, align their teams, and collaborate across the organisation around what each leader uniquely brings.
What we cover:
- Personal Genius: Identifying the work only you can do, at the intersection of skill, passion, and impact. The difference between Excellence (what you're known for) and Genius (where you create the most value).
- Team Genius: Recognising the unique strengths of each team member so you delegate the right work to the right people. Building a team that operates from collective Genius rather than scattered Excellence.
- Enterprise Genius: Understanding the Genius of leaders across the organisation. Collaborating with peers in ways that harness everyone's strengths and produce outsized results.
Leaders will move from:
- Defaulting to Excellence and saying yes to everything to consciously protecting their Genius
- Doing work that could (and should) be delegated to building team capacity
- Working in silos to genuinely collaborative leadership across the organisation
Format:
Full-day or multi-session for full depth.
Ownership Culture
Building teams that own outcomes through trust, healthy conflict, and real accountability.
Drawing on Patrick Lencioni's framework for cohesive teams, this workshop builds the foundation of trust and psychological safety, navigates healthy conflict, and creates the conditions for teams to take genuine ownership of shared results rather than retreating into individual goals.
What we cover:
- Building genuine trust within the team
- Creating psychological safety as the foundation for everything else
- Engaging in healthy conflict (debating ideas, not attacking people)
- Achieving genuine commitment versus passive agreement
- Accountability conversations that drive real change
- Aligning the team around shared outcomes rather than individual goals
Leaders will move from:
- Surface-level harmony that masks unresolved tensions to healthy disagreement that produces better decisions
- Avoiding accountability conversations to having them well and consistently
- Individual performance focus to genuine team ownership of collective outcomes
Format:
Full-day or multi-session. Often combined with team coaching for deeper embedding.
For specific challenges your team is navigating, I also design fully bespoke workshops in close collaboration with you.
