Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of drrichardchambers.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Dr Richard Chambers, and “you” refers to you as a visitor to the site.
1. What this website is
This site describes my work — executive coaching, leadership programs, workshops, keynotes, assessments and published research — and publishes articles, resources and recordings alongside it.
Everything published here is general information. It is written for a broad professional audience and it cannot take account of your situation, your organisation or your circumstances.
2. It is not psychological, medical or professional advice
I am a registered psychologist, and some of what I write about touches on attention, stress, sleep, burnout and wellbeing. Nothing on this website is psychological, medical, health, financial or legal advice, and reading it does not create a practitioner–client or any other professional relationship between us.
Do not use anything here as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances, and do not delay seeking that advice because of something you read here.
If you need help now, contact your doctor, or in Australia call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.
3. Services are contracted separately
Coaching, programs, workshops, keynotes and assessments are not bought or booked through this website. Where we agree to work together, that engagement is governed by the separate written agreement, proposal or letter of engagement between us, which sets out scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation and confidentiality.
Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement applies to the engagement.
Prices, program formats and availability described on this site are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
4. Booking a call
The “book a call” buttons take you to my scheduling provider’s own booking page, which is not part of this website. Booking a call is not a commitment by either of us to proceed beyond that call, and what you tell me in it is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Using the material on this site
The content of this site — text, images, video, audio, recordings, downloadable guides, course material, the design and the underlying code — is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by copyright.
You may read the site, and print or download material for your own personal or internal professional use.
You may not, without my written permission:
- republish, redistribute or sell the material;
- reproduce it in your own training, course or commercial material;
- use it to train a machine learning model; or
- systematically copy or scrape the site.
Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is welcome, and does not need permission.
“Mindful Peak Performance”, “Burnout Proof” and “Genius Leadership” are names of my programs and talks.
6. What you send me
When you send an enquiry, subscribe, or request a resource, please give accurate details and do not send anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.
If you send me feedback, a suggestion or a testimonial, I may use it to improve my work and — in the case of a testimonial — publish it with your name and role. You can ask me to remove a published testimonial at any time.
7. Links to other websites
This site links to other websites: my scheduling and program platforms, book retailers, YouTube, journals, publications that have featured my work, and social media. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, subject to their terms and their privacy policy. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
I aim to keep the site available and current, but I do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or up to date. I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or the whole site, without notice.
9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) — including the Australian Consumer Law — or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where my liability can lawfully be limited, and to the extent it can be, my liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at my option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
10. Privacy
How I handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy. What this site does and does not store on your device is set out on the Cookies page.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and I submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts which hear appeals from them.
